Wilbur Herrington has been consulting to organizations, designing and facilitating diversity related workshops for decades. His primary consulting continues to focus on diversity & inclusion issues, and the integration of inclusion work with organizational development. His work tailors assessments, developing action plans, trainings, and assisting groups with desired change. He also conducts whole system and large-scale change initiatives which bridge internal organizational goals with various constituent stakeholder interests in both corporate and academic settings.

As a senior fellow of Cambridge Hill Partners, he designs and facilitates training workshops in academic and nonprofit settings with an emphasis on embedding the learning into the organizational culture. These workshops cater to the needs of departments, diversity councils, employee resource groups, and intact teams at all levels within the institution. Some of the academic clients include Rhode Island School of Design, Tarrant Community College, CUNY, Harvard and Yale University
