Situation: A well-known not-for-profit research institution within the education field needed to clarify and strengthen the role of the Board of Directors.

Result: Cambridge Hill Partners worked with the institution to define desired competencies and characteristics of board members, to develop a board recruitment strategy, to revitalize the committee structure of the board, and to create advisory councils as a way of engaging prospective board members and maintaining relationships with individuals rotating off the board.
