Cambridge Hill Partners works with colleges, universities and other organizations to improve organizational effectiveness through the strategic use of executive and professional performance coaching. Our coaches have significant, successful experience as executives in higher education or doctoral level training in psychology or organizational development. We coach as partners, colleagues and confidants in a joint learning process.

  • administer psychological tests when appropriate and review feedback with clients

  • provide specialized training when clients request more in-depth skill development than is appropriate for the primary coach
