What gets measured gets done. But how do you measure culture change? Too often corporations assess progress on diversity through tracking promotions and retention, but leave out critical assessment of culture. Since barriers women face are typically cultural, CHP has developed a Diversity Scorecard that allows corporations to measure progress on culture change.

The Diversity Scorecard allows divisions, departments and/or individual senior managers to establish baseline measurements for diversity and pin point strengths and areas for development. CHP Diversity Scorecards also provide the answer to questions Senior Managers often ask:
