What is the Leaders In Action program?
The Leaders In Action program has been designed for action oriented senior management teams who expect "deliverables" from any significant commitment of executive time on the issue of diversity. Senior management team members leave the session with actionable plans, clear expectations, and an understanding of their roles.

How does the Leaders In Action program work?
Cambridge Hill consultants lead whole senior management teams through an intense program combining diversity education with action planning. Senior management teams come to a shared understanding of what they can do to accelerate the advancement of women and managers of color, and enhance the climate. Cambridge Hill assists senior management teams in considering a range of best practices affecting inclusion, employee engagement, productivity and morale. What are the advantages?
Senior management teams leave with three to five strategic paths towards agreed upon priority diversity goals. Determining resource allocation for agreed upon goals is part of the program. Individual managers are clearly authorized to lead on specific strategies. Plans for engaging middle managers are developed as are mechanisms for on-going support for senior management.
